UM's Transfer credit information page states: "Acceptance of these credits is not compulsory; you must indicate your intention to claim credit by completing a Request for University Credit for Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate Results form." Official IB results must first be released to UM through the IB request-for-results service before the form is processed; UM also warns that requests submitted after results arrive may not be processed prior to initial course registration, which can affect first-term scheduling for any course gated by PSYC 1200.
