The chart adds that awards are 'reviewed on a regular basis and are subject to change', that students should 'consult with their faculty/school of interest regarding credit use', and that 'there is no maximum number of allowable AP or IB credits.'
Match the chart row to your IB transcript exactly. The chart also has a separate 'MATHEMATICS (higher)' row (MATH 1500 OR MATH 1510, 3 cr) that is not this subject; the six-credit award applies only when your IB transcript reads 'Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches' at HL.
Where the converted grade lives is also non-obvious.
